CSV File Requirements
  • First column must be titled "Phone", second "Name"
  • Phone numbers in digits only format (e.g., 1234567890, no + sign)
  • Additional columns will be available as dynamic variables
  • No spaces in column headers (use underscores: Customer_ID)
