Upload Contacts (CSV)
CSV File Requirements
  • First column must be titled "Phone", second "Name"
  • Phone numbers must include country code with + sign (e.g., +11234567890)
  • Additional columns will be available as dynamic variables
  • No spaces in column headers (use underscores: Customer_ID)
  • Upto 100 contacts are allowed per campaign. Max file size is 5 MB.
